摘要:設計合成了一個新的帶有三支鏈的均三嗪衍生物分子:2,4,6-三[4-(N,N-二對甲苯基)-苯胺乙基]均三嗪(TBTN);用1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS(MALDI-TOF)和元素分析確認了化合物的結構.研究了該化合物的紫外吸收光譜、熒光光譜、電致發光光譜等性能,用TBTN組裝發光器件,實驗結果顯示TBTN為發光層時,該器件能發出穩定白光.器件結構為ITO/2-TNATA(30 nm)/NPB(20 nm)/TBTN(30 nm)/Alq3(30 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/Al,在電壓為15 V獲得最大亮度是1523 cd/m2,在驅動電壓范圍內CIE(國際照明委員會)坐標穩定并在白色等能區內.%A novel emitting material with a branched molecular structure 2,4,6-tris{4-[N,N-di(p-tolyl)amino]styryl}-1,3,5-s-triazine (TBTN) has been synthesized, which was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS (MALDI-TOF), elemental analysis and characterized by UV-visible, photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) spectroscopy. A bright and color stable white was obtained from the organic lightemitting diodes (OLED) of ITO/2-TNATA (30 nm)/NPB (20 nm)/TBTN (30 nm)/Alq3 (30 nm)/LiF (0.5 nm)/Al, in which TBTN was used as an emitting layer. The maximum brightness of 1523 cd/m2 coming from the white organic light-emitting device (WOLED) was measured at the driving voltage of 15 V, moreover, the CIE (International Commission on Illumination) coordinate of the white-emitting device was stable on bias voltage.
